On site leases are available. All lessees will be evaluated and assisted in choosing the
horse or pony that is just right for their skill level and riding goals. Leasing is an idea
situation for riders who want a little extra practice time are capable of riding without
the supervision of an instructor. Hacking only! Absolutely NO jumping will done
without the permission and presence of an instructor. All hacks must be scheduled
ahead of time so that horses are not scheduled for use in a lesson at the same time.

- Academy Lease (ideal for casual riders) $200/month Includes 1 hack weekly (or
4 hacks per month) Unused hacks do not roll-over to next month. - Half-Lease (ideal for the casual or beginner rider) $375/mo. Includes 2
scheduled hacks per week (or 8 hacks per month). Unused hacks do not roll-
over to next month. - Full-Lease (ideal for the intermediate and advanced riders) $575/mo. Plus, 1/2 of
horses blacksmith bill (usually not more than $50 every 6 weeks) Includes up
to 3 scheduled hacks per week (or 12 hacks per month). Unused hacks do not
roll-over to next month.
